Wind power in China has a strong momentum of development, and five problems need to be solved in the future.
wind power is an inexhaustible and clean energy. With the continuous improvement of the degree of commercialization and market competitiveness, as the main processing technology of wind power, wind power generation, which also needs to be improved, has become one of the most important renewable energy technologies in the world today. At present, wind power is applied in more than 100 countries and regions around the world, accounting for a high proportion of power supply. For example, wind power in Denmark has exceeded 20% of the total power supply, and in Spain it has reached 14.3%. In the future, the development goals of wind power in various countries will be more ambitious. Denmark plans to make wind power account for 50% of the total electricity by 2025. The United States has proposed a goal of 20% of the total electricity by 2030. Half of the EU's goal of 20% renewable energy power by 2020 will come from wind power
in 2010, China's newly installed wind power capacity exceeded 16million kW, with a total of more than 40million kW, ranking first in the world. The picture shows that on December 28, 2010, more than 60 wind turbines with a height of more than 80 meters were installed in Yangying Township, Lai'an county, Chuzhou, Anhui Province. how should we distinguish between the hydraulic universal testing machine with different configurations and what are the protection and maintenance? China has a vast territory, long coastline and abundant wind energy resources. The latest survey results of the China Meteorological Administration show that the potential exploitable amount of wind energy at a height of 50 meters on land and sea in China is about 2.58 billion kw, with great development potential. After more than 30 years of rapid development, especially in the five years of the eleventh five year plan, China's wind power has made brilliant achievements
according to preliminary statistics, the newly installed capacity of wind power in China exceeded 16million kW in 2010, with a total of more than 40million kW, ranking first in the world. Driven by the huge market demand, China's wind power equipment manufacturing industry has become one of the advantageous industries with international competitiveness. Some wind turbine manufacturing enterprises have entered the top ten in the world. Domestic manufacturers have occupied more than 85% of China's market share and began to export overseas. The technological innovation ability of China's wind power equipment manufacturing enterprises has also been continuously enhanced, and the transformation of high-power wind turbine technology from introduction and digestion, joint design to independent design has been preliminarily realized. A large number of innovations made by Chinese enterprises in adapting units to China's special environment and wind conditions, as well as the offline and fixed distance operation of multi megawatt wind turbines independently designed and developed by Chinese enterprises, have fully proved that China's wind power technology has reached the international advanced level. The rapid expansion of market scale and the rapid improvement of technological innovation capability have also promoted the all-round development of China's wind power industry. A complete industrial system integrating raw materials, parts, complete machines and service industries has begun to take shape
China has formed a wind power policy system with the renewable energy law as the core. The electricity price is more reasonable, the development objectives are clearer, and the power generation enterprises and electricity are more clear, providing a very favorable policy environment for the development of wind power. The achievements have proved that resources, industries and policies can fully support wind power to play an important role in China's energy conservation and emission reduction. In the longer term, these favorable conditions may also support wind power to gradually move into the ranks of mainstream power sources in China
focus on the five futures
however, we should also see that the proportion of wind power in China's power structure is still less than 1%. Many people still do not realize the important role of wind power in the future new energy system characterized by science, green and low carbon, and its application is still the main obstacle to the recent development of wind power. Looking forward to the future wind power blueprint from the new starting point of the current 40million kW installed capacity, all parties should also work together to solve the following five problems in order to realize the sound and rapid development of China's wind power industry on the new journey
first, the development and application of clean energy is everyone's society. Through popularization and publicity, the whole society should realize that strengthening the development and utilization of renewable energy, including wind power, is the only way to deal with increasingly serious energy and environmental problems, and the only way for human society to achieve sustainable development, so as to create a good public opinion atmosphere for wind power development
second, the experience of Europe shows that the main obstacle to the merger and application of wind power is the coordination of ideas and interests. Through policy improvement and institutional innovation, we should straighten out the structure of interests, coordinate the development relationship between wind power and other industries, and solve the bottleneck of wind power merger
third, innovation is the source of the competitiveness of enterprises, industries and even countries. We should cherish the opportunities brought by the huge wind power market, and constantly improve the technological innovation system by increasing scientific research investment, establishing a national public technology research and development and testing platform, and accelerating the construction of talent teams, so as to promote China to move forward to a powerful country in wind power technology
fourth, strengthen the quality control of wind power equipment and avoid vicious competition at low prices at the expense of quality. At the same time, the wind power standard system should be further improved, and the implementation of the standard should be implemented through third-party evaluation systems such as testing and certification, so as to further improve the quality of wind power equipment
fifth, strengthen international exchanges and cooperation, create an international policy and trade environment conducive to the development of wind power, promote the integration of international resources, put an end to any form of trade protectionism, and strive to make wind power technology a borderless green technology as soon as possible, so that wind energy can serve the well-being of all mankind.
